            "Her Name Is Noelle" is a blog of anything and everything under the sun. Common topics include photography attempts, school, lifestyle events, and what's new in the life of a twenteener named, yes, Noelle.

About the Author

            First of all, Noelle (pronounced as no-WELL) is not French and second, she wasn't born around Christmas. Her dad's name is Noel, but that is not the sole reason why her dear mother named her Noelle. There is this book authored by the very famous Sidney Sheldon (who is a guy but with a girl's name, FYI) entitled, "The Other Side of Midnight." Mother loved the novel so much that she wanted her child to be named, Catherine, her favorite character. Unfortunately, mother's sister-in-law gave birth first, and named her daughter "Catherine." Mother had no other choice but to name her child "Noelle", another character of the story who follows a path of revenge and destruction. Eeeeep! But hurrah to that! She loves "Noelle" more than "Catherine" anyway. It's a pretty neat name. Haha.

             Noelle, who prefers to be called "Nowi", is a newly registered nurse of the Republic of the Philippines. She graduated last March, 2009 and took the Nursing Licensure Exam last June, 2009. She passed, thank God.

             At present, she is pursuing her childhood dream of becoming a doctor at Cebu Doctors' University. Nothing beats the feeling of fulfillment.

            Other than school, she is also busy learning about photography. Creating beautiful images is her passion.

            Noelle loves blogging, music, Arts, fashion, beauty, technology , movies and books. She dreams of having her own coffee shop-slash-book shop-slash-dress boutique. For her, ADIDAS made sense when they said, "Impossible is nothing."

How This Blog Began

             "Her Name  Is Noelle" was born on August 24, 2008. The blog was born due to heartache (but let's not talk about THAT). Haha. The title of the blog is from the first line of Wheatus' song released in 2000, "Teenage Dirtbag". Her name is Noelle. I have a dream about her. You know how it goes. And the rest is history..
